The probability that it will rain tomorrow is 0.85. What is the probability that it will not rain tomorrow?

Let E be the event of happening of rain 

P(E) is given as 0.85

Bar E ⟶not happening of rain

P(Bar E) = 1 – P(E) = 1 – 0.85 = 0.15 

∴ P(not happening of rain) = 0.15
