#1 O loan pair is in resonance and whole system is in conjugation and  other loan pairs of other O are not in resonance , so it can't be non aromatic .

#2 Now, as number of pie bonds + delocalised loan pair electrons  i.e 8 is multiple of 4 , so it is anti - aromatic compound.
