Total no. possible outcomes = 15 {1, 2, 3, …. , 15}

E ⟶ event of getting a multiple of 4

No. of favourable outcomes = 3 {4, 8, 12}

Probability, P(E) = ( No. of favorable outcomes)/(Total no. of possible outcomes) = 3/15 = 1/5
