Let's multiply it using distributive property. 

(4a×3a) -(4a×4b/5) +(3b/5×3a) -(3b/5×4b/5) 

12a​​​​​- 16ab/5 + 9ab/5 - 12b2/25

=12a2 - 7ab/5 - 12b2/25
