Cost of 400 m of cloth = Rs 60,000

CP = Rs 60,000

Selling price of 400 m of cloth = 400 × Rs 400

SP = Rs 1,60,000

SP > CP

Profit = SP – CP

= Rs 1,60,000 – Rs 60,000

= Rs. 1,00,000
