We have matrices A and B of same order .
Let P =  (AB'- BA')
= (AB')' - (BA')'
= (B')'(A)'- (A')'B' = BA' - AB' = -(AB' - BA') = -P
Hence, (AB' - BA') is a skew-symmetric matrix.
