∴ Possible proper fractions are 1/2,1/5,1/8,2/4,2/7,3/6,3/9,4/5,4/8,5/7,6/9

Also given the product of numerator and denominator is a multiple of 4.

∴ Possible fractions are 1/8,2/4,4/5,4/8
