Best answer

l = 40 cm, b = 20 cm

Area of the rectangle = l × b sq units

= 40 × 20 cm2

= 800 cm2

a = 10 cm

Area of the square = a × a sq. units

= 10 × 10 cm2

= 100 m2

No of squares formed = 800100 cm2
= 8
