In articial hybridization, it is important to make sure that sigma is protected from unwanted pollen. This is achieved by emasculation and bagging techniques. Can you explain, how emasculation and bagging techniques are performed?

Anthers are removed before the dehiscence of anther of female parent that bears bisexual owers. This step is called as emasculation.

It is covered with a bag of suitable size, to prevent contamination of its stigma with unwanted pollen. This process is called bagging.
