Equation of a line in intercept form is

\(\frac{x}{a}+\frac{y}{b}=1\)

Given, \(\frac{a+0}{2}=1\) and \(\frac{0+b}{2}=2\)

⇒ a = 2              ⇒ b = 4

\(\frac{x}{2}+\frac{y}{4}=1\)

⇒ 2x + y – 4 = 0, is the required equation of the line
