2. \(\frac{1}{4\pi\varepsilon_0}\frac{q}{r^2}\)= 9x109\(\frac{1.6\times10^{-7}}{(12\times10^{-2})^2}\)

\(\frac{14.4\times10^{-2}}{144\times10^{-4}}\) = 105NC-1
