Let the total number of children be \(x\)

Then,

\(x\times\)(20% of x) = 605

\(\frac{1}{5}x^2\) = 605

\(x^2\) = 3025

x = 55

∴ Number of sweets received by each child = \(\frac{55}{5}\) = 11
