(D) Iron

  • Milk contains high quantities of vitamins A and vitamin B, such as thiamine, nicotinic acid and riboflavin, although it is a low source of vitamin C & vitamin E.
  • There is also vitamin B12 in it.
  • Calcium, sodium, phosphorus and potassium are major minerals in milk. But it is a bad source of iron.
