\(P = \rho gh+P_0\\P=5P_0\\\rho = 1023.6\frac{kg}{m^3}\)

Therefore:

\(h = 4P_0/\rho g = \frac{4\cdot10^5}{1023.6\cdot 9.81}m \approx 39.83m\)
