Best answer

Correct Answer is (D) None of these

f(x) = x2 – 3x + 2

⇒f(x) = x2 - 2x - x + 2 = x(x - 2) - 1(x - 2)

⇒f(x) = (x - 2)(x - 1)

⇒f(x) = (x - 2)(x - 1)

⇒f(f(x)) = ( f(x) - 2)( f(x) - 1)

⇒f(f(x)) = ((x - 2)(x - 1) - 2) ((x - 2)(x - 1) - 1)

⇒f(f(x)) = (x2 – 3x + 2 - 2) (x2 – 3x + 2 - 1)

⇒f(f(x)) = (x2 – 3x) (x2 – 3x + 1)

⇒f(f(x)) = x4 - 3x3 + x2 - 3x3 + 9x2 - 3x

⇒f(f(x)) = x4 - 6x3 + 10x2 - 3x
