$\frac{(3x+1)}{16}+\frac{(2x-3)}7=\frac{(x+3)}8+\frac{(3x-1)}{14}$

On transposing $\frac{x+3}8+\frac{3x-1}{14}$ to LHS, we get

$\frac88+\frac{14}{14}$ = 2

We got LHS=RHS
