Procedure: 

Step 1 – Open LibreOffice Calc Spread sheet. Applications → Office → LibreOffice Calc 

Step 2 – Enter the given data in the following cells

Step 3 – Enter the date of birth in cell B2

Step 4 – Enter the following formula in cell B3 = Round ((B1-B2)/365,0). Then the age will display in the cell B3. 

Step 5 – Enter the following formula in cell B4 to test the eligibility of the candidate = IF(B345, “Not eligible”, “Eligible”) OR = IF (AND (B>34, B3<46), “Eligible”, “Not eligible”) 

Note: The data value entered in cell B2 and B3 are to be formatted as “Date”
