Present population of town = 25000 

Growth rate in 3 years = 4% , 5% ,8% respectively 

Hence, 

Population of town after 3 years \(=25000({1}+\frac{4}{100})({1}+\frac{5}{100})({1}+\frac{8}{100})\)

\(={25000}\times\frac{26}{25}\times\frac{21}{20}\times\frac{27}{25}\) = 29484.
