Given radius of hemisphere (r) = 3.5/2 = 1.75m

Height of cylinder (h) = 14/3m

Internal surface area of solid (S) 

S = Surface area of cylinder + surface are of hemisphere

Internal surface area of solid (S) = 70.51m3
