The parameters of PMT function are:- 

Parameter – Explanation 

• Rate – Interest on Loan
• Nper – Number of payments for the loan 
• PV – Present value; (ie the loan amount) 
• FV – Future value, which is taken a zero 
• Type – If the payment is made at the beginning of the month, the value = 1 or at the end of the month, the value = 0
