Given:

y = etanx

\(\frac{dy}{dx}=e^{tanx}(secx)^2\)

\(\frac{d^2y}{dx^2}\)\(=e^{tanx}(secx)^2(secx)^2+e^{tanx}\times2secx\times tanx\times secx\)
