Option : (c)

Formula :- 

(i) A function f(x) is said to be continuous at a point x=a of its domain, if  \(\lim\limits_{x \to a}f(x)=f(a)\)

Given :- 

f(x) = |x – a| ϕ(x) 

using formula (ii)
