\([(23+2^2)^{\frac{2}{3}}+(140-10)^{\frac{1}{2}}]^2\)

\([27^{\frac{2}{3}}+121^{\frac{1}{2}}]^2\)

= {32 + 11}2

= (9 + 11)2

= (20)2 = 400
