Given, 

ABCD is a rectangle

Diagonals meets at O, 

∠BOC = 44° 

∵ ∠AOD = ∠BOC 

(vertically opposite angles) 

= ∠AOD = 44° 

AO = OD 

∠OAD =∠ODA 

(Angles facing same side)

So, 

∠OAD = \(\frac{180^°-44^°}{2}\)

= \(\frac{136^°}{2}\) = 68°
