Ratio of radii of cylinders = r1 : r2 = \(\cfrac23\)

Ratio oh heights of cylinders = h1 : h2 = \(\cfrac53\)

So, ratio of their volumes = 

Ratio of their curved surface areas = 2πr1h1 : 2πr2h2\(\cfrac{10}9\)
