A.P. = \(\frac{1}{3}, \frac{1-3b}{3}, \frac{1-6b}{3},....\)

d = common difference = a2–a1

= (1-3b)/3 - 1/3

d = \(\frac{1-3b - 1}{3}\)

d = -b
