Best answer

(a) n = 2 f = 1 m = 0 s = +½

(c) n = 4 f = 3 m=1 s= -½

Option (b) is wrong because when n = 3, ^ = 0, 1, 2.

Option (d) is wrong because when l = 2, m = -2, -1, 0, 1, 2.
