Find the area of Fig., in square cm, correct to one place of decimal.(Take π = \(\frac{22}7\))

Area of semicircle with diameter = 10 cm 

r = \(\frac{10}2\) = 5 cm

\(\frac{πr^2}2\) = \(\frac{22\times5\times5}{7\times2}\) = 39.28 cm2

Area of triangle AED = Area of square ABCD = 10 × 10 = 100 cm2

Area of figure excluded triangle = 100 - 24 = 76 cm

Total area of figure = 39.28 + 76 = 115.3 cm2
