Total numbers of elementary events are: 15

Let E be the event of getting a multiple of 4

Favorable outcomes are: 4, 8, 12

Numbers of favorable outcomes are = 3

P (multiple of 4) = P (E) = \(\frac{3}{15}\) = \(\frac{1}{5}\)
