Cr(OH)3 ionises as follows

Cr(OH)3 ⇔ Cr3++3OH-

if the concentration of OH- be x M then the concentration of Cr3+ will be x/3 M

so solubility product [Cr3+]X[OH-]3 =6.0x10-31 => x/3.x3=6.0x10-31

=> x= [18.0x10-31](1/4) >> OPTION (2)
