Given: 

⇒ x = \(\frac{1+i}{\sqrt{2}}\)

⇒ x6 + x4 + x2 + 1 

⇒ x4 (x2+1)+1(x2+1) 

⇒ (x4 +1)(x2+1)

⇒ (-1+1)(i+1) 

⇒ (0)(i+1) 

⇒ 0

∴ x6 + x4 + x2 + 1 = 0
