Here, for the given number to be divisible by 9

4 + 8 + 6 + * + 7 = multiple of 9

x + 25 = 0, 9, 18, ….(multiple of 9)

Hence,

x + 25 = 27 [ lowest multiple then]^x = 2

∴ x = 2

∴ the least value of x is 2
