Find the value of the expression (36x2 + 25y2 – 60xy) when x = 2/3 and y = 1/5.

Given, 

(36x2 + 25y2 – 60xy)

X = \(\frac{2}{3}\)

Y = \(\frac{1}{5}\)

With the help of the formula (a - b)2 we get;

= (6x)2 + (5y)2 – 2(6x)(5y)

= (6x – 5y)2

= (4 – 1)2

= (3)2 = 9
