Find the value of the expression (36x² + 25y² – 60xy) when x = 2/3 and y = 1/5.

Given, 

(36x² + 25y² – 60xy)

X = \(\frac{2}{3}\)

Y = \(\frac{1}{5}\)

With the help of the formula (a - b)² we get;

= (6x)² + (5y)² – 2(6x)(5y)

= (6x – 5y)²

= (4 – 1)²

= (3)² = 9
