The correct choice is (A).

Since (A ∪ B ∪ C) ∩ (A ∩ B′ ∩ C′)′ ∩ C′

= (A ∪ (B ∪ C)) ∩ (A′ ∪ (B ∪ C)) ∩ C′

= (A ∩ A′) ∪ (B ∪ C) ∩ C′

= φ ∪ (B ∪ C) ∩ C′

= B ∩ C′ ∪ φ = B ∩ C′
