` rArr 9x + 15 = 16x - 20`
` rArr x = 5`.
` :.` The amounts with Mr Umar and Mr Gumar are Rs. 15 and Rs. 20 respectively.
The required ratio = `(15-5)/(20+5) = 10/25 = 2/5`.
