Two straight infinitely long and thin parallel wires spaced 0.1 m apart and carry a current of 10 ampere each. Find the magnetic field at a point distant 0.1 m from both wires in the two cases when the currents are in the

(i) Same direction (ii) Opposite direction

(1) Two wires carrying current in the same direction attract each other,

maggnetic field 

B= 2*10-7 T

(2) they repel if the currents are opposite in direction.

Magnitude of Magnetic field will be same.
