It is given in the question that

Length of the edge, a = 2.2 cm

Hence,

Volume of the cube = a3

= (2.2)3

= 10.648 cm3

Now,

Volume of the wire \(=\pi r^2h\)

Radius of the wire = 1mm = 0.1cm

We know that,

Volume of the cube = volume of the wire

Hence,

Length of the wire = \(\frac{volume}{\pi r^2}\)

\(\frac{10.648\times7}{22\times0.1\times0.1}\)

= 338.8 cm
