We know that, 

Total surface area of cube = 6a2 

6a2 = 150 cm2

a = \(\sqrt{\frac{150}{6}}\)

a = \(\sqrt{25}\)

a = 5 cm 

Therefore, 

Volume of the cube = a3 = 53 = 125 cm3 

Hence, option B is correct
