Gven that, 

Volume of cube = 343 cm3 

a3 = 343 cm3

a = \(\sqrt[3]{343}\)

a = 7 cm 

We know that, 

Total surface area of cube = 6a2 

= 6 × 7 × 7 

= 294 cm

Hence, option C is correct
