Length of the cuboid so formed = 25 cm 

Breadth of the cuboid = 5 cm 

Height of the cuboid = 5 cm 

We know that, 

Volume of cuboid = Length × Breadth × Height 

= 25 × 5 × 5 

= 625 cm3 

Hence, option D is correct
