The height of a cylinder is 14 cm and its curved surface area is 264 cm2. The volume of the cylinder is

We know that, 

Curved surface area of the cylinder = \(2\pi rh\)

264 = \(2\pi rh\)

r = \(\frac{264\times7}{2\times22\times14}\)

r = 3 cm

We know that, 

Volume of cylinder = \(\pi r^2h\)

\(\frac{22}{7}\times3\times3\times14\)

= 396 cm3 

Hence, option B is correct
