From the graph, (figure)
initial speed, `u=20 cm//s = 0.2 m//s`, final speed, `v=0`
time taken, `t=10s`
As, `F=ma = (m(v-u))/t= (20xx10^(-3)(0-0.2))/10= -4xx10^(4)N`
