As there is 5 banana, So suppose it as B₁, B₂, B₃, B₄, B₅ And Let the Boy be A₁, A₂, A₃ 

So B₁ can Be distributed to 3 Boys (A₁, A₂, A₃) by 3 ways, 

Similarly, B₂, B₃, B₄, B₅ Can be distributed to 3 Boys by 3⁴ 

So total number of ways is 3⁵
