tan\((\frac{\pi}{4}+\frac{x}{2})+tan(\frac{\pi}{4}-\frac{x}{2})\) = 2secx

tan(π/4 + x/2) + tan(π/4 - x/2) = 2secx

since L.H.S = R.H.S,
