Best answer

Answer: A) Steam

Explanation:

• Entropy is a term related to the thermodynamic system.

• In simple words, entropy can be defined as the random movement of the particle.

• The random movement of the particles depends upon the shape and structure of the substance.

• The more the size the more will be the random movement of the particles hence the entropy will be more.

• It is low in solid and high in gases.

• So, in Ice due to the fixed rigid structure particles cannot move easily so its entropy is less.

 • In the Steam there is a large free space for the particles to move and hence they have high entropy amongst the given options.
