To find adj A we will first find the cofactor matrix 

C11 = d C12 = -c 

C21= -b C22 = a 

Cofactor matrix A = \(​​​​\begin{pmatrix} d& -c \\ -b & a \\ \end{pmatrix}\)

Adj A = \(​​​​\begin{pmatrix} d& -c \\ -b & a \\ \end{pmatrix}\)
