max. value = 4, min. value = 2

We know that

-1≤sinӨ≤1

-1≤sin4x≤1

Adding 3 on both sides,

We get

-1+3≤sin4x+3≤1+3

2≤|sin4x+3|≤4

Hence min.Value is 2 and max value is 4
