Correct Answer - ` (i) 1/12 (ii) 1/2 (iii) 5/12 (iv) 1/6`
Number of all possible outcomes = 12.
(i) P(getting a 6) = ` 1/12`.
(ii)Out of the given numbers there are 6 even numbers.
`: .` P(getting an even number) = ` 6/12 = 1/2`.
(iii) Out of the given numbers, the prime numbers are 2,3,5,7,11.
Their number is 5.
` :. ` P(getting a prime number) ` = 5/12`.
(iv) Out of the given numbers, the multiples of 5 are 5, 10.
Their number is 2.
` :. ` P(getting a multiple of 5) ` = 2/12 = 1/6`.
