1)Perimeter of inner circle
= `106+106+30pi+30pi`
=`212+60pi`
2)Outer area=`106*80+40^2pi`
=`8480+1600pi^2`
Inner area=`106*60+30^2pi^2`
=`6360+900pi`
Area of track=`8480-6360+1600pi-900pi`
=`2120+700pi`
=4319.11`m^2`.
