Best answer

DNA, a genetic material is isolated in purified form by treating the bacterial cells with the enzymes such as lysozyme to remove the cell wall. The RNA thus released can be removed by treating them with ribonuclease and enzyme proteases is added to remove proteins. Finally, chilled ethanol is added to precipitate the purified DNA.
